Hide Global Header and Footer and add your in your own languages or styles for different pages

Are you trying to modify the header and footer for each webpage or for each language?

Indeed, header and footer are global, means all pages are share the same header and footer.Multilingual webpage features is in our roadmap, we will share with you once it is available.

But we can solve the issue in the other way:

Method:

Disable footer is possible by clicking "hide", then put suitable content in the non-footer & non-header section.

For header, alternative header can be activated in menu-> click gear next to selected page-> enable alternative header. and start using 2nd header and put 2nd language content here. 

Please check the following steps:

  1. Go to InstantPage editor portal

  2. Click on settings

  3. Click on Duplicate: Duplicate your home page.

  4. Click on YES

  5. Move the mouse point to the gap between 2 blocks, and Click on ADD BLOCK

  6. Click on Footers

  7. Select suitable header (or footer) block from the template library. Or you can create your own custom header block as well.

  8. Edit the custom header and footer as you want,

  9. Repeat Step 2-8 for 2nd language header/footer blocks.

  10. Copy your custom header block and you can paste to other pages.

  11. Click on Saved Blocks & Elements…

  12. [optional] Click on Container and save in your account for future use.

  13. Open the page you want to replace global header by custom header , click "hide the header" to hide global header

  14. Then open the page that you want to replace global footer by custom footer, click "hide the footer" to hide global footer.

  15. Click on Saved Blocks & Elements…and paste the saved custom header/footer block

  16. Start customising the header and footer in your own languages or styles
